I need your guys feedback on whether the credit company allows the dispute transaction consider as dispute? All the credit company has to protect the customer/consumer and the above transaction is very strong evidence of default transaction. I hope the Bank Negara can set a new policy to allow the credit card company the have ultimate right to cancel the merchant transaction if discover the transaction is not a genius transaction where the police report and tribulent report are the strong evident to prove. To preven this company to continue to scam all the innocent parties. By spreading the scam news, it will only will help in minimum way, i think all parties, such as police, KPDNHEP, credit card company and other parties concern, must work closing together to prevent the scamming continue to hurt the innocent parties. Being a Malaysian I am very disappointed to know that the scam and cheating issue has been running since 2006, and the scam companies selling licence has long been cancelled but still can continue to run illegal and cheating activities but all the parties concern can not do nothing about. To the victim i advise not to accept the half of the amount paid from the scam company as this will help the scamming company to continue their activities in easy way out. Being a victim dont have the attidute of "hassle" also help others to prevent it from happening, continue your right make a police report, go to tribulent, KPDNHEP and also if the issue happen within 10days, write a "cooling off letter to the scam company by hand if fail by courier to make sure they received the letter, so that you have strong evident to get your full money back.
